At Kredl’s we want you to see where your meat comes from.

All our chicken, beef, pork, lamb and turkey is non-medicated, local and pasture-raised, other than our pork which is free-run (raised indoors without cages). To make our operation even more transparent, the new butchery has a great big window so everyone can see what we do.

Top Sirloin Steak

Top sirloin is a cut of meat from the primal loin, subprimal sirloin, of a beef carcass. Top sirloin steaks differ from sirloin steaks in that the bone and the tenderloin and bottom round muscles have been removed; the remaining major muscles are the gluteus medius and biceps femoris (top sirloin cap steak).

Roasts

Roast Beef refers to a cut that has a chunky shape – often like a cylinder or cube. Roasts can have a range of sizes cut to suit you, from 1 lb Quick Roasts to 10 lb or more. They come with a range of tenderness and require one of three basic cooking methods. All three are super simple and totally tested!

Striploin Steak

The strip steak is a cut of beef steaks from the short loin. It consists of a muscle that does little work, making the meat particularly tender, though not as tender as the nearby rib eye or tenderloin.

Lean Ground Beef

Pasture Raised Chicken

Pastured poultry is a sustainable agriculture technique that calls for the raising of laying chickens, meat chickens (broilers), and/or turkeys on pasture, as opposed to indoor confinement. Humane treatment, the perceived health benefits of pastured poultry, in addition to superior texture and flavor, are causing an increase in demand for such products.
